Guatemala
A Tourism development that seeks to become the pearl of the Caribbean

Within three years, a cattle ranch in Puerto Barrios, Izabal will be converted into and exclusive residential tourism complex that will include a hotel, marina and golf course; becoming a new pearl of the Caribbean.
Catering to the retiree market, the development is to be located 10 kilometers from the site of Carnival Inc.’s new cruise line terminal and 700 meters from the Puerto Barrios airstrip.
The Mayan Jungle Resort was designed under the concept of a neo-urban community and comprises San Felipe Marina and the Jaguar Golf & Country Club. 1,080 apartments sporting an architectural design that combines Mayan – Colonial and Caribbean architecture, will be built amid the settings of water canals and artificial lagoons
