The Nina Elisabeth II catamaran, operated by Captain Vern Fine, provides a charter ferry service between Roatan and Utila on a daily basis. There is no set schedule since it depends upon passenger availability. Arrival times vary from day to day depending on dolphin, whale or whale shark sightings, or if we decide to stop for a bluewater swim or a little body surfing behind the boat. Getting there should be fun too! Local beer, rum and sodas are available on board. Captain Vern also provides a light cargo service between the islands. Often collecting supplies and goods air-freighted from the USA into Roatan and then shipping them on from Roatan to Utila.

Crossing Time: Average 4 Hours, depending on weather

The Nina Elisabeth II: 39 ft 1987 Fountain Pajot Catamaran, with 4 cabins, large salon, Twin 30hp Yanmar Marine diesel engines, Travel speed: 6 - 10 knots.

A client just told me that she found out about my trips from your website... http://roatan.websitetoolbox.com/post?id=3187063 First, thank you! I appreciate all the help I can get. Second, may I trouble you to make a couple changes? The price is $55 or L1100, and please remove the line about waiting 2 weeks for an e-mail response. I usually reply within 1 day. That's about it. Thank you again!

Best regards,

Vernon Fine
