Where in Honduras do you need an officiant?  Are you doing your legal wedding here, or just a blessing ceremony?

We offer weddings at Barefoot Cay Resort http://www.barefootcay.com/Weddings/WeddingsonRoatan/tabid/973/Default.aspx
As part of our service, we arrange an English speaking officiant.  Most of our guests opt to do their legal marriage in their country of origin, as the Honduran wedding requirements are a bit lengthy, and do a blessing ceremony in Roatan, but we can also assist with all the paperwork for a legal wedding if you'd prefer.

If you have any questions, please send me an email at info@BarefootCay.com

All the best!
Mel
